We currently service events in and around the Kansas City Metro and within a 40 mile radius of Shawnee, KS. Please contact us for locations outside of this area.
We only take on a certain amount of weddings/events each year in an effort to prioritize our clients. Date availability books up quickly, however, we typically recommend booking at least 4-6 months out.
This depends on each individual event, how far we have to travel, what the setup consists of, how many team members are needed for the setup, whether we are doing an installation, etc. - we can give you any estimate once we have an idea of what your needs are.
This depends on whether or not Lavender Lotus Staff has to remain on site to repurpose the flowers. If you have an installation of any kind, or large, heavy arrangements being moved from the ceremony to the reception, then we require Lavender Lotus Staff to repurpose those florals to the reception, which does incur additional fees. Any additional "repurposing fees" are assessed and laid out in the proposal as well as the contract.
There are occasions where we will allow a wedding coordinator or a wedding planner to repurpose the ceremony flowers to the reception, which, in those cases we do not charge additional fees, however, this is only for ceremony setups that have smaller flower arrangements that are easily manageable.
*If your ceremony is in a different location than your reception, (i.e. church then reception venue) then there will be an additional fee charged for the location transfer. We DO NOT allow for anyone other than Lavender Lotus Staff to transport our floral arrangements from one property to another at any time.*
We do not offer shipping nor do we allow self pick-up. We are a luxury event & wedding florist and all of our contracts include delivery, setup, & tear down after your event.

Not at this time. We fell in love with the idea of allowing our clients to get unique designs, custom created for them, tailored to their vision. As much as we would love to have a line of premade selections, our studio is small and doesn't allow the space for this at this time.
We do our best to make our designs as affordable as possible, however, we use only the highest quality faux flowers in our designs - these are luxury, "real touch" & silk flowers that look and feel like the real thing. We do not sacrifice quality for affordability, therefore the value we bring with our faux flowers is often seen in the abundantly lush floral designs we create that would be unmatched if done as fresh flower arrangements. You are paying for a luxury floral designer, who uses their expert skill level to bring you a floral experience that gives you a Pinterest-worthy event at a more affordable price-point when using faux flowers. This does not equate to a low budget florist.
You absolutely can! We offer custom designed faux bridal bouquets for purchase, however, please keep in mind that we use the highest quality "real touch" and silk florals.... these are often times much more costly than real flowers. Please contact us for more info.

Yes! Weddings requiring "personal" flowers (i.e. bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages) have a minimum spend of $2500 plus taxes/ fees. Weddings not including "personal" flowers have a minimum spend of $1500 plus taxes /fees. Please keep in mind that these totals are minimums that need to include design, delivery, setup, tear-down fees - it's not all just for flowers.
Event rentals have a minimum spend of $500 plus taxes/fees.
