We currently service events in and around the Kansas City Metro and within a 40 mile radius of Shawnee, KS. Please contact us for venue rentals outside of this area. 

We charge a flat rate of $100 for delivery, setup, and pickup. There is an after-hour additional pick-up charge of $100 for all events ending after midnight. All rentals must be picked up by Lavender Lotus Florals at the scheduled end-time of your event. Pick-ups outside of our service area, that end after midnight will also incur an additional charge.

Yes! For an additional fee...  Any of our rentals intended to be used in more than one location, or moved from the wedding to the reception will incur additional charges for the location change. Only Lavender Lotus Florals may pickup, move florals, and display them in any locations. This additional fee is assessed and discussed at time of contract.   

Not at this time. We are similar to a real florist- all orders include delivery to your venue, setup, and pickup after your event. 

We suggest reserving your rentals between 4-6 months prior to your wedding or event. We currently service one event per day and reservations are on a first-come first-served basis. As a courtesy, we will hold your date for 48 hours after your consultation. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. 

Yes, we can create custom arrangements for rentals, however, due to the fact that we are a smaller boutique, our inventory is limited so we would need extra time to source specialty florals and specific colors from our vendors. Please inquire for additional info.

You absolutely can! We offer custom designed bridal bouquets for purchase, however, please keep in mind that we use the highest quality silk florals.... these are often times much more costly than real flowers. Please contact us for more info.

Depending on how far in advance you cancel, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.

• More than 60 days before the event - full refund
• 14-60 days before the event - 50% refund
• Within 14 days of the event - no refund
